Former Ogun Commissioner For Forestry Accused Of Doctoring INEC Primary Election Reports by thelandmarkinfo

Following the primary elections of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency leading to two opposing declarations by the two camps, a Court case was however instituted by Hon. Ojugbele at the Federal High court Abeokuta to reclaim his mandate.

At the commencement of the matter,facts began to emerge regarding the forgeries made on INEC  reports by the 3rd Defendant,Hon Tunji Akinosi through his lawyers to mislead the court,the public and especially the APC family.

The court proceedings between Honourable Jimoh Ojugbele and Hon. Tunji Akinosi at Federal High Court in Abeokuta to determine who will represent Ado-Odo/Ota Federal Constituency at the Green Chamber has gone through three adjournments to date .

Ojugbele's counsel through an application filed in court mentioned a case of alleged falsification of INEC election reports by the lawyers of the 3rd defendant, led by Wale Habeeb Ajayi Esq.in an on- going

case against the  INEC, the APC and Akinosi, the 3rd Defendant, in a suite number FHC/AB/CS/94/22 which claimed that the primary elections for the House of Representatives was held at Alamuwa School compound on Friday,May 27, 2022, stating that he ( Hon Ojugbele) won the elections before another election was illegally rescheduled for Sunday May 29, 2022 at the same venue which Akinosi claimed fictitiously to have won, to emerge as the APC candidate for Ado-Odo/OTA Federal Constituency.

According to the motion filed thereafter by INEC lawyers consequent upon the matter raised in an application by Ojugbele's counsel,to alert the Court about the alleged forgery discovered on documents filed by Wale Habeeb esq.of Wale Ajayi Habeeb & Co, disowning the doctored reports declaring him ( Akinosi) as the winner of the primary election.

In the motion by INEC,it specified that, Aminat Miango an INEC official, who Akinosi claimed to have signed the falsified report had through an affidavit deposed to by her debunked the report and termed it as a false and doctored  documents before the court.

The issues therefore raised are;

 1.Why would Akinosi and his lawyers go that far to falsify INEC's reports claiming to be the winner of an election which INEC said never held on Sunday,May 29,2022.

2.With INEC prosecution of the alleged falsification of their reports,all those involved are eyeing a 7 year jail term for for this lawless and desperate individuals ranging from the former Governor Dapo Abiodun Commissioner for forestry,Tunji Akinosi, his team of lawyers led by Wale Habeeb Esq and the deponent to the false affidavit,one Yusuf from Wale Habeeb Chambers if found guilty.

3.The APC at the Headquarters is also in a serious dilemma over inglorious, senseless and shameful act.

4.With Security agencies out on prosecution of these bad elements in our society,7 years in jail will be a deterrent to others in this category of people with inordinate desperation instinct.

In view of the emerging facts, a group of concerned media team has decided to go to press to explain the true position of things, to the good people of the Ado- Odo /Ota Federal Constituency who are eagerly waiting to know the true position of things, preparing for the next line of action, for who they truly believe is the most appropriate person to bag their party mandate.

In his response, Hon. Tunji Akinosi, debunked the assertions, stating that there's no iota of truth in the story.
