The leadership of Bola Tinubu Support Organisation UK Diaspora, BTSOUK, rising from a stakeholders meeting on Thursday addressed Journalists to reiterate their support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and had planned a massive rally to at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, but had to be postponed owing to the APC primaries coming up in few weeks time.
Prince Tunde Edward,. Lagos Coordinator of the group who spoke on behalf of Otunba Ade Adeshina, UK Regional Coordinator and BTSO National Strategic planning chairman, said, "Upon deliberation, reflection and discussions it was unanimously agreed to postpone the rally until after the primaries.
"One amongst the rationale behind our decision to postpone this rally, which is the most important, is that the aspirants who are the beneficiaries are working flat out internally to secure their APC candidacy to be confirmed as party flag bearer, which is imperative and a basic parachute to the six southwest rally mission." He said.
He added, "To this end, we are wishing them the best of luck while carry on our preparations. A new date will be announced once all aspirants have secured their nominations and are fully focus on tasks at hand, thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
Otunba Adeshina encouraged the APC delegates to get on board the moving train, because Jagaban is In it to win it. Bola Tinubu is changing the Nigerian political narratives, he asserted.
