Adron Homes and Properties has unveiled a special Valentine campaign tagged “Love for Love” Promo, offering discounts, flexible payment options and a range of luxury rewards to clients who invest in its real estate portfolio during the season of love.
The company said the customer-focused initiative is designed to encourage Nigerians to move beyond conventional Valentine gifts by making long-term investments that guarantee security, stability and enduring value.

A payment of ₦500,000 attracts a Love Hamper and cake, while clients who pay ₦1,000,000 can choose between a Samsung mobile phone or a Love Hamper with cake.
Higher payment categories come with premium rewards. Clients who pay ₦5,000,000 will receive either an iPad or an all-expenses-paid romantic getaway for two at a top hotel in Nigeria, including two nights’ accommodation, special treats and a Love Hamper.
Those who pay ₦10,000,000 are entitled to a choice of a Samsung Z Fold 7, a three-night stay at a luxury resort in Nigeria, or a full solar power installation.
For high-value investors, the company said clients who pay ₦30,000,000 on land will be rewarded with a three-night couple’s trip to either Doha, Qatar, or South Africa. In addition, purchasers of any Adron Homes house valued at ₦50,000,000 will receive a double-door refrigerator.
The promo covers Adron Homes’ estates in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan–Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja, Nasarawa and Niger states, providing opportunities for investment in fast-growing and strategically located communities nationwide.
