The Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to Nigeria’s cultural diversity and traditional institutions during a courtesy visit to the Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade I.
Emmanuel-King said the visit underscored Adron Homes’ belief that sustainable national development must be rooted in respect for heritage, culture, and indigenous authority across Nigeria’s diverse ethnic nationalities.
He described Nigeria’s diversity as a major strength, noting that culture and tradition should be seen as foundations for development rather than barriers to progress. According to him, Adron Homes’ engagement with traditional institutions cuts across regions and ethnic lines as part of its broader vision for unity and shared prosperity.
The Adron Chairman explained that the company’s respect for royal institutions is nationwide, stressing that traditional rulers play a critical role as custodians of identity, values, and social stability. He added that Adron Homes’ growing presence in several states continues to support housing delivery, job creation, and economic empowerment, while aligning modern real estate development with indigenous values.
Emmanuel-King further stated that the company remains committed to building communities that meet contemporary needs without undermining cultural heritage, which he said must be preserved for future generations.
He also expressed Adron Homes’ readiness to support initiatives that promote cultural preservation, tourism, and community development, emphasising the importance of collaboration between the private sector and traditional institutions for inclusive national growth.
In his response, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade I, commended Adron Homes for recognising culture and tradition as key pillars of development. The monarch offered royal prayers for the company’s leadership, its continued success, and the peace and unity of the nation.
The visit ended with royal blessings and goodwill, further highlighting Adron Homes’ corporate stance on cultural solidarity, inclusivity, and the promotion of a diverse and united Nigeria.
